About paying
Do staff logins cost extra?
No. A plan covers the shop. Whether two people or ten use it, the price is the same — which is the main way this differs from accounting software sold per user.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Your shop stops taking new bills, and nothing at all is deleted. Pick a plan and everything is exactly where you left it.
Can I pay once instead of every year?
For the desktop app, yes — ask us for the one-time option. The cloud is a subscription because we are running the server and backing it up for you.
Is GST charged on top?
Yes, Indian GST applies, and you get a proper tax invoice with our GSTIN so you can claim the input credit.
What if I have more than one shop?
Each shop gets its own licence and its own separate books. Tell us how many and we will price it together.
