EasyBilling vs QuickBooks

QuickBooks is a mature accounting product with a very large accountant community behind it.

So this page is not going to tell you QuickBooks is bad. It sets out where the two are genuinely built differently, so you can tell which difference matters in your shop.

Last checked October 2026. We do not quote QuickBooks’s prices here, because they change and a stale figure helps nobody. For what they cost today, see their own pricing page. If anything above has gone out of date, tell us at support@techslideitsolutions.com and we will correct it.

Questions

Is QuickBooks still sold in India?

Intuit withdrew QuickBooks Online from India for new customers in 2023, so Indian shops comparing it are usually looking for something to move to. EasyBilling is built for Indian GST from the ground up rather than adapted to it.

If your shop bills at a counter, keeps stock, and cannot afford to stop when the broadband does, a desktop app you own plus a browser for everyone else is the right shape — and that is what EasyBilling is. Try it on a real day of billing and you will know within an hour.
