EasyBilling vs myBillBook

myBillBook is quick to start on a phone and its WhatsApp sharing is well done — for a small shop that bills a few times a day it is more than enough.

So this page is not going to tell you myBillBook is bad. It sets out where the two are genuinely built differently, so you can tell which difference matters in your shop.

Questions

What does EasyBilling do that myBillBook does not?

A fully offline Windows counter, purchase returns with debit notes, batch and expiry tracking, and GST returns filed from inside the app. If your shop is busy and stock-heavy rather than service-light, those are the ones you will feel.

The short version

If your shop bills at a counter, keeps stock, and cannot afford to stop when the broadband does, a desktop app you own plus a browser for everyone else is the right shape — and that is what EasyBilling is. Try it on a real day of billing and you will know within an hour.
