Installing it
- Run the downloaded file. Windows may warn you about an unknown publisher — choose More info, then Run anyway.
- Pick where to install it, or accept the default.
- Open EasyBilling and enter your licence key, or start a free trial.
Keeping it safe
Everything lives on that computer, so the backup is the thing to get right. Turn on automatic backups under Settings → Backup, and connect Google Drive so a copy is somewhere other than the shop. A backup on the same machine does not survive the machine.
If you are on version 2.1.0 or older, update. Backups made by those versions could be saved almost empty without showing any error. Version 2.1.1 fixes it — update, then take a fresh backup and treat older ones as unreliable.
